In-line Inboard Engines


A centrally mounted inboard, with the prop shaft usually coming directly off the engine or transmission; in-line with the engine. Also, In-Line engines are those with one cylinder head, like a straight 6, straight 4, etc. Not to be confused with V-block engines.
